THE FOUNDER
A Letter from Isabella
When my first daughter was born, I found myself in countless stores searching for something that felt right-truly right. Organic labels weren't enough. Beautiful designs weren't enough. I wanted garments that held the same intention I held for her entire life.
I spent three years learning about fabrics, visiting mills, speaking with artisans who had dedicated their lives to their craft. I discovered that the gap between mass-market baby clothes and true luxury wasn't just about price-it was about philosophy.
Pelagia is my answer to what I was searching for. Every decision we make, from the seeds that grow our cotton to the hands that stitch our seams, is guided by a simple question: "Is this worthy of a child?"
If the answer isn't an emphatic yes, we begin again.
